Install the commitlint CLI and the Conventional Commits configuration as development dependencies
pnpm add @commitlint/cli @commitlint/config-conventional -D

Install Husky
pnpm add husky -D
pnpm dlx husky init
Remove or update the pre-commit file in the .husky folder.
