A book cover blending pixel sorting, glitch effects, and bold typography to reflect the story's themes of nature vs. technology. The iridescent, holographic palette adds depth, hinting at the tension between digital illusion and reality.

I built a custom pixel sorting tool using JavaScript, SolidJS, and WebWorkers to optimize performance. The process involved creating source images with added noise and glitches, then processing them through the tool to achieve the final visual effect.

Inspired by the story's themes, the cover invites viewers to question what is real and what is constructed - mirroring the narrative's exploration of humanity's evolving relationship with technology. The glitches and pixelation symbolize the fragility of perception, while the vibrant, shifting colors evoke the beauty and chaos of both natural and digital worlds.
